across the United States and Dubna, Russia, and

This class is filled with singing, dancing and acting. Play fun acting games, learn proper
voice technique and work your footwork to the most popular Broadway shows.

Ballet II/III Intermediate/Advanced Level

Ages 11-17
An intermediate level ballet class for the older girls with at least 2-3 years experience. Double turns for dancers in this class. This class is great to work your turn out, technique, balance and all the
French terms we should all master! We will work a center barre, across
the floor and of course, an amazing ballet piece. Focus is on placement, turns and
jumps. Miss Kathleen recommends ballet for all dancers!

Work your extension, balance, advanced jumps and floorwork. For the serious dancer who wants to succeed. Hair pulled back and ballet attire requested. Dancers in this class must master the ballet vocabulary and translations.

Jazz III/IV Advanced Only Level

Ages 12-18
Jazz III/IV is our most advanced level of jazz. Dancers in this class must
have solid TRIPLE turns(required) and at least 4 years or more of jazz training.
Very complex and challenging combos will be taught and amazing choreography. Be ready for a challenge this year with more complex leaps, turns and floor work, back rolls and fish flops. Max 25

Again, a class for our older singers and dancers. Miss Kathleen's
specialty! Students will work on several songs from Broadway shows;
learn auditioning skills, building your resume and audition book,
and what it takes to make it in theater. Voice technique and coaching is included in this class. Work on your strong
belting voice while dancing to your favorite songs from the hottest Broadway shows. MAX 25
Tap Dance Advanced Level ADULT COMMUNITY CENTER

This class is designed for our most advanced tap dancers. Dancers must have time steps, wings, and pullbacks. Work on grab offs, across the floor and quick rhythm combos. For the serious fast paced dancer. Work on some old school hoofing steps and new combos. Max 14

BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER
Thank you to all who auditioned! This was the biggest audition to date! I am so excited about the new teams this next year and can't wait to get started this fall! I am so thrilled that so many lovely girls attended our audtition. Also, there is quite a wide range of ages and experience levels! Please see the placements below. I look forward to working with all of you this year, and I already have some song selections and choreography in mind, so I have already pre-selected some dancers for those positions based on their auditions. I was able to place all who auditioned on to a team! Great news! If you don't see your dancer listed at all, I did not have an audition form turned into me. Please let me know right away!
There was so much interest in the hip hop teams this year! Due to the numbers of girls, I was not able to place everyone who auditioned for both a hip hop team and a jazz team. Some dancers were placed on two teams, some just on hip hop OR a jazz team.
Based on ages, skill level and times and managable size groups below are my final decisions. If a dancer is unable to participate on a team, I will fill in the spot with another dancer based on their audition.

This class is great to work your turn out, technique, balance and all the
French terms we should all master! We will work a center barre, across
the floor and of course, an amazing ballet piece. Focus is on placement, turns and
jumps. Miss Kathleen recommends ballet for all dancers!

Ages 11-16
This class is great for the intermediate dancer working on turns, leaps,
and more advanced combos. Best for Dancers with at least 2 years or more of jazz experience.
Double turns required for this class. If you want to become a great dancer, this
class will build your flexibility, floor work, control, spotting and placement.

(or prince!). Dancers will learn both traveling steps and center work.
Next tap your heel and toes for the tap portion of class! Your little

Ballet/Tap Intermediate Level

If your dancer is returned from last year or has what it takes to
move into a more challenging class, Wednesday is your day. See if your
dancer can leap higher and keep up with upbeat tap combinations.
Center stretches, barre work, across the floor and proper placement. Max 16

Ballet III Advanced Level

Ages 12-17
Ballet III is designed for our most advanced dancers who have had at least 3 or more years of Ballet.
Dancers will work a center barre, across the floor and work complex jumping combos.
This class will focus on double and triple turns, extension, balance, advanced floorwork and all leaps.
For the serious dancer who wants to succeed.Hair pulled back and ballet attire requested.

Jazz III Advanced Level

Ages 12-16
Jazz III is our most advanced level of jazz. Dancers in this class must
have solid double turns and at least 3 years or more of jazz training.
Very complex and challenging combos will be taught and amazing
choreography. Be ready for a challenge this year with more complex leaps,
turns and floorwork. Max 25
